Returns

Because many of our items are made to order or personalized, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, we will gladly assist if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • A clear photo of the item showing the problem

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right by offering:

• A replacement item

• A full refund

We may ask for photos of the product to help us resolve the issue quickly

Personalized Products

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.


Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.

After this time, cancellations may not be possible because items may already be in production.
